Cecil D. Gregg, Psi, 1890, Phi Alpha 1920-1921

Cecil D. Gregg, Psi, 1890, was prominent businessman, banker, manufacturer, press official and civic leader in St. Louis.

As a businessman, he was president of C.D. Gregg Tea and Coffee, the Aroma Company and the Chicago Coffee Company in St. Louis, Chicago and New York.

As a manufacturer, Brother Gregg was president of Evens and Howard Fire Brick Company in St. Louis and president of the Clay Products Association of America.

In the press, he was a director of The St. Louis Times and vice president of the American Press Association.

As a banker, he was a director of Republic National Bank, St. Louis and a local vice president of St. Louis Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland.

In his St. Louis civic activities, Brother Gregg was a trustee of the Rankin School and Brentmoor Park. As well as being a member of the Union League Club of Chicago, and the Missouri Athletic Association.

He was an active member and financial supporter of the Psi Elder Association and the Zeta Psi Club of New York City.
