Additionally, the workshop will cover best practices in chapter management, including leadership development, event planning, and membership engagement. Membership Matters: Creating an Unforgettable Fraternity Experience

Now more than ever, selling the fraternity experience is crucial to potential new members. This interactive session will help chapters enhance recruitment and member integration. Participants will explore effective strategies for promoting the fraternity’s values, benefits, and unique experiences to potential recruits. Additionally, the workshop will provide guidance on updating new member education programs to ensure they are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with the fraternity’s mission.

From Here to Eternity: Creating Enduring Elder Bonds for Undergraduates

This is a session you won’t want to miss. Co-led by two Elders with outstanding knowledge of how to engage and collaborate with other Elders, undergraduate members will learn effective strategies for engaging alumni, fostering lasting relationships, and leveraging alumni networks for mentorship and support. The workshop will cover best practices in communication, event planning, and creating value-added Elder programs. Participants will gain the tools and insights needed to cultivate a vibrant and supportive alumni community, enhancing the fraternity’s legacy and resources.

Through interactive activities, this session will provide a platform for members to ask questions, share insights, and enhance their understanding of ritual.
