We recommend using the Light Rail system to get from the airport to the hotel as we will be using the light rail to travel to some events.

Purchasing tickets for the light rail

  • We recommend those that are not native to Seattle use either the online or in-App method to buy tickets.
NOTE
  • the Transit Go App cannot be used outside of the US.
  • The tickets must be purchased before getting on the light rail and must be available to show a fare enforcement officer when approached

  • Download the mobile apps here.
  • Once installed, you’ll be prompted to register/sign in to your account.
  • Once you create an account or sign in, go to Settings in the app and select Payment Methods.
  • Select Add New Payment Method.
  • Scan your credit/debit card and fill in the form with the required card details.
  • Select Save.
  • Your card will be listed as a payment method.
  • You are ready to purchase tickets.
