Initiation kits

Click here to order initiation kits for newly initiated brothers.  To complete an order, you will need:

1. Complete all of the items on the form.
2. Indicate the number of kits being ordered.
3. Attach a copy of the provided excel template that includes:
   1. Each new brother’s full legal name.
   2. Each new brother’s assigned name in the chapter.
   3. The date of their initiations.

Initiation kits are processed once the chapter has paid its financial obligations to the Grand Chapter of Zeta Psi.  The kits includes a personalized certificate, a Zeta Psi badge, and a Zeta Psi recognition pin.

Chapter leaders are encouraged to reach out to their assigned consultant with any questions.
