He later earned a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global Business from Virginia Commonwealth University while working full time.

In all facets of life Will has embodied Virginia Tech’s motto “Ut Prosim – That I May Serve” to the best of his ability. Prior to college he served as Chief of Nawakwa Lodge 3 in the Order of the Arrow, a service organization that is commonly referred to as scouting’s national honor society. He is a proud Eagle Scout, Vigil Honor recipient, and Founder’s Award recipient. He is also very involved in his local church, the Foundry, and previously served Area 10 Faith Community in Richmond as small group ministry coordinator, group leader, and member of the prayer team. An ardent supporter of the ALS Association, the only non-profit organization fighting ALS (also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease) on every front, he formerly served on the Board of Directors for the DC/MD/VA chapter as well. He currently serves Zeta Psi on various grand chapter committees and as President of the Alpha Pi Tau alumni association.

A life-long athlete with numerous fitness certifications, Will has also become a well-known figure in both the local running community and world of obstacle course racing. In addition to completing several marathons and ultras, he placed 53 rd overall at the 2018 Spartan Ultra World Championship, a 24-hour endurance event held in the mountains of Hveragerdi, Iceland in December.

Will credits much of his success to his incredible network of mentors and deep connections within the Zeta Psi Fraternity.

“find ways each week to invest in other people. Instead of fast friendships for convenience, focus on building strong relationships for a lifetime.”
