Mid-Semester Fall Recruitment Update

We are thrilled to bring you an exciting update from the world of chapter recruitment as our organization continues to flourish and grow. This semester alone, we have welcomed over 500 new members across various chapters, showcasing the appeal and impact of our community. This milestone is a testament to the hard work of our chapters and the unique value proposition our organization offers.

Leading the charge with the largest new member class of all chapters is Beta Delta at the University of Arizona, boasting an impressive class of 48 initiated members. Their exceptional recruitment efforts highlight the vibrant and inclusive community that they have fostered, making it an attractive choice for potential members. The Beta Delta chapter has set a high bar and is an inspiring example for other chapters to follow.

However, the recruitment success does not stop there. Over one-third of our chapters, totalling 19, have reported double-digit new member counts. This indicates that our organization’s allure is widespread, and our message resonates with individuals from diverse backgrounds and universities.

Notably, five chapters have surpassed the 20-new-member mark, demonstrating their robust recruitment strategies and welcoming environments. These chapters include Sigma Beta at the University of California, Santa Barbara; Psi Epsilon at Dartmouth; Phi Lambda at the University of Washington; and Mu Pi at Binghamton. Each of these chapters has played a pivotal role in contributing to our overall growth this semester, and we are immensely proud of their achievements. Quick shout out to the group leading our recharting efforts at the University of Connecticut (Theta), which has an interest group with 22 new members.

The influx of over 500 new members is not just a number; it represents a significant addition to our vibrant community, bringing fresh perspectives, enthusiasm, and energy. Each new member contributes to our organization’s diversity and strength, helping us achieve our mission and positively impact our communities.
