Foundation announces Emergency Scholarship Fund
In his first act as the new chair of the Zeta Psi Educational Foundation, Tom Roerden, Cornell ’83, announced the creation of an Emergency Scholarship Fund to help Zetes stay enrolled in the 2020-21 academic year. Roerden set the goal to raise $100,000 before September 1.
Zetes across the United States are facing incredible challenges to stay on track to graduation this year with the pandemic, online and hybrid classes, and lost wages and internships over the summer. With these emergency funds, the Zeta Psi Scholarship Committee under the leadership of the Foundation’s Secretary, Dylan Thomas, UCLA ’04, will be able to help many more Zetes with financial needs this year. We believe that we can help many Zetes stay in college and moving forward to graduation.
