Joshua Muscat Appointed Vice President of Operations

Zeta Psi Fraternity is proud to announce that Joshua Muscat (Gamma Psi ‘16), who most recently served as our Director of Marketing & Communications, has been appointed as Vice President of Operations. 

In his previous role, Joshua led the fraternity’s storytelling and brand identity efforts—producing The Circle magazine, managing social media and website strategy, and overseeing the design of major campaigns and publications. He also directed Zeta Psi’s digital communications, including newsletters and alumni engagement messaging, ensuring consistent and compelling outreach to undergraduates, alumni, and partners alike.

In his new role as Vice President of Operations, Joshua will oversee the fraternity’s operational priorities across Chapter Services, Expansion, and Marketing/Communications. He will focus on strengthening the health and performance of undergraduate chapters, driving expansion into new campuses, and supporting emerging groups as they develop into thriving chapters. Joshua will also play a key role in cultivating relationships with university partners, elder chapters and alumni associations, and external stakeholders to ensure Zeta Psi remains a strong and engaged partner in higher education communities. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Committee, he will align operations with the fraternity’s long-term vision and help secure a strong foundation for the future of our brotherhood.
