Redefining Strength: Brotherhood, Mental Health & Masculinity

This interactive workshop is designed for fraternity men to explore how traditional masculinity norms impact mental health and emotional well-being. Through engaging activities, real talk, and peer accountability strategies, participants will learn how to support one another, challenge harmful stereotypes, and build a culture of care within their brotherhood. This session empowers members to lead with empathy, check in with intention, and redefine what it means to be strong, together.

Beyond Brotherhood: Building Connections That Last

Join two members of the Elder Development Committee as they explore strategies for staying connected after graduation, engaging alumni, and building meaningful professional relationships. Participants will learn how to leverage their fraternal network for personal and career development while strengthening ties across generations.

Write it Right: Resume Writing & Career Development Workshop

This workshop helps fraternity men turn their leadership and chapter experience into strong, professional resumes. Participants will learn how to showcase their skills, prepare for interviews, and build meaningful connections through networking. The session is designed to support career readiness and help students take confident steps toward life after graduation.

From Vision to Action: Goal Setting and Event Planning for Success

This educational workshop equips fraternity leaders with practical skills in goal setting, annual planning, and event execution. Participants will learn how to create measurable objectives, develop strategic plans for the academic year, and organize values-driven events that support member engagement and chapter development.
