The position requires significant local travel with occasional more distant travel possible. Zeta Psi does not provide office facilities in this area. The position is expected to work at home. This position reports to the IHQ Executive Director.

• Work with the DC Elders Association to develop a strategic vision for DC Zetes and then be the staff resource to advance and implement that agenda in conjunction with the appropriate DC Elders officer for each relevant activity. It is anticipated that this may include:

o Planning, event management, and marketing of all assigned DC Elder activities and events.

o Regular interaction (meeting for coffee/lunch/drinks) with local Zeta Psi elders to share information about the strategic vision and to enlist support (participation and when appropriate financial support) for these efforts (minimum 30 per month)

o Maintain complete information on these activities in the Zeta Psi Salesforce application.

o Update and maintain a complete networking and mentor listing for the Washington DC area. Where appropriate bring together professionals in appropriate fields for community and networking.
