Kirby 2021 Serves Record Number of Actives

The Kirby Phis Conference is typically held at Lafayette College in early January.  Due to safety and practical limitations, the 2021 Conference was held virtually, which allowed participation from up to four officers per chapter.  Undergraduate leaders met over the course of two days to learn about Leadership in a Virtual Setting, Mental Health, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. Leaders received specific training for their chapter role and helped establish goals for their chapter. The infamous Risk Management scenario was completely rewritten to address current campus issues and a virtual environment. Over 180 undergraduate members attended the first-ever Kirby Officers Conference.

Thank you to our guests faculty, Dr. Thea Zunick, Archie Messersmith-Bunting, and Dan Faill.  We appreciate all of the Zeta Psi Elder Volunteers that served as group facilitators and helped make the program practical and meaningful for our active members.
