The LTI Faculty Program is dedicated to furthering the education of active and elder Zetes through leadership training sessions. With wide ranging expertise, LTI faculty members foster critical leadership skills above and beyond what one traditionally learns in school. Our philosophy is to sustain a high quality program by embracing the values laid out by the late Dr. Louis Capozzoli, Jr., Phi ’47.
LTI Faculty Program Directory:
The faculty, made up of volunteers and staff members trained specifically to deliver LTI content to Zetes, consists of three tiers.
Faculty members are matriculated through the tiers by reaching all presentation, content, and time milestones in their current tier.
LTI faculty members are also required to meet annual or semiannual expectations to remain active in the program.
All incoming LTI faculty must meet the following requirements.
The LTI Faculty Program conducts two forms of training, new faculty training and faculty teach backs.
Interested in becoming an LTI faculty member? The Zeta Psi Educational Foundation accepts new faculty on a rolling basis. Zetes with qualifying experience can apply to become a member of the program by sending a current resume and letter of interest to firstname.lastname@example.org.
